Private Coaching and Mentoring
How would you feel if your relationships felt solid and stress-free?
You might spend a lot of time wrapped up in worrying about what to do, what to say, or how to say it. It’s usually not because you don’t know… but you’re working with an old pattern that simply makes it hard to say how you really feel, put yourself first, and take up space in your relationships.
Maybe it’s guilt, feeling like someone will think you’re selfish or disappointing someone?
You may not realize what you’re doing… but I bet it feels easier for you to just let things go on the surface, stay small and avoid conflict… but the thing is, after a while, this could really start to eat you up inside. Even though you think you’re ‘letting it go,’ you’re still thinking about it and it’s taking a toll. It not only impacts your relationships where you don’t feel like an equal partner, but it can also affect your confidence and your health over time.
How does obligation play out in your life?
Have you put your life on hold to support others?
Do you take on the responsibility of others such as family members, friends, or partners in a way that keeps you feeling stuck?
Have you been waiting for someone else to give you permission to live your life?
This is not an uncommon pattern for women to take on. In an effort to do your duty and be everything to everyone, you have likely forgotten yourself in the process.
If you were drawn to this, you are likely an empathic, highly sensitive soul and want to live your life with connection and meaning. Perhaps you have tried living (or are living) a more ‘traditional’ existence but it just does not bring you the fulfillment you are looking for. Maybe you have everything you thought you wanted — but something still feels like it’s missing. You might have all the pieces, but the feeling of joy is elusive.
You have a deep desire to be of service in the world but might not have found the right expression of your SOUL’s gifts and it feels painful NOT to use them.
It’s easy to dismiss these feelings of wanting something more or different or push them aside for years telling yourself you have more than enough. With all that is happening in the world, it can feel selfish to ask for more.
I understand this because I have experienced it. What I actually wanted more than anything was a deeper connection to myself and to my spiritual nature. It felt self-indulgent for me to admit it, but once I finally did, everything in my life changed.
Women who were highly spiritual in nature and connected to the divine were targeted eons ago and it was not safe to fully express this connection in the world. Even if this is not a present day threat, our bodies can hold this past trauma. When we re-connect and cultivate our connection to our soul through feminine embodiment practices, we have the incredible opportunity to heal not only the the trauma we have experienced in this life time, but also from our time in utero and our past lives. It’s truly remarkable how this healing allows us to show up in the world in more authentic ways ready to express our truth in our work, relationships and in our communities.
Your soul’s unique contribution to the planet is an important part of a more beautiful and harmonious society… we are in such a distorted place right now that you stepping into your path may not feel like it will make a difference — but it will because as you do it, it will inspire others and restore a greater balance. Just as a pebble tossed in the water inspires ripples, your actions will also impact those around you.
IF you are ready to dive in and explore the recurrent patterns in your life and explore healing them at a soul level, I would be deeply honored to support you on your journey.

What clients are sharing…
“I wanted to say thank you again for the incredible strength and guidance you provided me for the past two years. I really want you to know how much you have meant, and still mean, to me. I cannot imagine who I would be if I didn’t have you by my side for all that I went through. I hesitate to say that there is a purpose or reason behind suffering, because it can be so unbearably painful and tragic, but I do feel like everything I have moved through has brought me to the place I am, and that is a place that I like. And because of that, I am so grateful for those experiences and the lessons I took from them. That is something that you have told me all along, but of course, one never realizes this until the time is right! The work you do is invaluable, and I hope you are aware that you truly do make the world is a better place. You are an incredible person and wonderful mentor.” Marguerite, Washington DC
